Hulk Hogan may not be having the best of luck in court these days, but his ex-wife Linda Hogan recently scored a major legal victory -- by shutting down a million-dollar lawsuit.

Linda was sued last year by her ex-boyfriend Charlie Hill for $1.5 million dollars ... claiming he was treated like a day laborer during their relationship and forced to wax their yacht, dig a creek and fertilize 25 acres of avocado trees (among other duties.)

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned his suit was dismissed earlier this year, and Linda Hogan subsequently sued Charlie in Florida for violating the terms of the settlement agreement.

Charlie filed a response to her suit ... saying he only spoke out about their relationship -- which broke their agreement -- because he claims Linda plied him with alcohol, and he didn't want other underage boys to meet a similar fate.

The filing, however, didn't sway the judge's opinion ... and in August, Linda was awarded $49K in fees for her attorney Raymond Rafool over the settlement violation. Charlie was also banned from further talking about his ex.

Attempts to reach Hill were unsuccessful.
