"Total Divas" star Eva Marie is putting a massage parlor in the Inland Empire on notice ... having her legal team warn that she'll sue if they don't stop using her image to promote the business.

Eva's lawyer Brad Small fired off a cease and desist letter Monday to the owners of Candy's Therapy in Colton, CA -- after the company used a pic of Eva this weekend in an online advertisement.

According to the letter -- obtained exclusively by Pro Wrestling Sheet -- the lawyers for Eva Marie say, "We represent Natalie Eva Marie, a world known celebrity and WWE Diva. It has come to our attention that you without right, license, permission or legitimate interest are using the likeness of our client Natalie Eva Marie and potentially other unknown materials on your website."

The letter also states they'll take legal action if it is not immediately removed.

According to sources, the company has been hard to get ahold of -- and as of this moment the ad hasn't been taken down, despite repeated attempts by her legal team prior to sending the letter.

We called Candy's Therapy for comment, but they hung up before we could ask.
